30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Allwein Carpet One Annville. If you're not happy with your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
• Rugs must be free of pet hair, odors, and stains
• Floor protection products must be unused and undamaged
• Cleaning products must be unopened and sealed
• Custom-cut rug pads cannot be returned unless defective

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@allweincarpetoneannville.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
3. Package items securely in their original packaging if possible

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item in some cases.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products, or if we shipped the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., different size or color), follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing of your exchange.
